<p>With your continuous and ongoing support, eClouds has been growing from strength to strength. From a small beginning in working as Agents for Power producers in the state of Tamil Nadu, we today cater to power producers in multiple states. We also cater to consumers across four states in the country.</p><p>Our growth in business volume necessitates that we need to change the constitution of the company. Therefore, we moved one notch forward from being a proprietary concern to a Limited Liability Partnership. We have done a little restructuring in our organization as well. We divided us vertically to give more attention to every sphere of our activity.</p><p> </p><p>eClouds Energy LLP is a new company that would take care of all the Energy related business that eClouds was handling. There is no change in the people who have been talking to you or taking orders from you. However, eClouds itself is now a small software company that will be producing and selling niche software. More about it when we launch our first product!</p><p> </p><p>This would help us to provide better support and service by expanding our footprint and bringing to the table more options for both sellers and buyers of power.</p><p> </p><p>While we reaffirm our commitment to serve our customers, we would like to bring to your attention some of the essentials of our business:</p><p> </p><p>1.      Ethical business: Being ethical and doing what is right for every one of the stake holders has been the prime driver for eClouds in this one decade of our existence. We continue to harbor these core values which helps us maintain long and outstanding relationship with every one of our clients, particularly, in this business where long term and committed relationships are primary requirements.</p><p> </p><p>2.      Right Positioning: We are an intermediary. This has put us in an unenvious position many a time. There are sellers who have told us that we are taking the side of the buyers and there are buyers who have accused us of cooperating with the sellers to increase the price. But people who have seen our positioning, have always understood the tough situation that we have to handle. With the sellers, we are forced to talk for the buyers while when with the buyers, we are representing the sellers! We represent the right combination of both and ensure that we talk the stand dictated by the market. Still worse is the relationship we enjoy with TANGEDCO and other common forums. Tumultuous at times, affable on most others, we work to further the cause of all the stake holders including TANGEDCO and other governmental bodies.</p><p> </p><p>3.      Legally right: We work with a multitude of bodies. But at no point of time, we cross the lines drawn by legal bodies. Even if it is to push some papers, we ensure that we are one hundred per cent complaint and do not land ourselves and our customers in trouble in the future.</p><p> </p><p>At this juncture, when we are changing our name, we once again reiterate our commitment to all of these points, that have guided us in the past ten years.</p><p> </p><p>We look forward to your continuing support in the years to come.</p><p> </p>
